Fluid Bed Drying Unit

The fluid bed drying unit is automatically controlled, including a cylinder type fixed fluid bed dryer & a rectangle vibrating screen & a rectangle vibrating fluid bed dryer (cooling section and drying section).

The crystal granules drop into the cylinder fixed fluid bed dryer by gravity, fluidized by the hot air from the bottom, due to good access to hot air, the water is evaporated rapidly and removed. Then the crystal granules are conveyed by automatic control rotary valve to the rectangle vibrating fluid bed dryer. In the drying section, the granule is fully dried, then it will be cooled down in the cooling section and fed to a rectangle vibrating screen for big agglomerate granule remover.

The drying process is divided into the pre-drying section and the final drying section. For crystal granule drying, more closer to the end, more difficult to remove the water further. G-Luckey, use two fluid bed dryers to separate the pre-drying and the final drying, so the crystal granule can be completely dried, meanwhile also can improve drying efficiency and save energy. The lower water content and completely cooled crystal granule can avoid product agglomerating during storage & transportation and can prolong the product shelf life &improve the quality of products. The cylinder fixed fluid bed drying unit uses a special drilling hole, ensure wind distribution evenly, and when the air supply stop, it can avoid the granule dropping into the air chamber, which can greatly reduce the loss of finished products.
